Get Files from the C drive

this has been a really big problem for me long time now and i havent get any answer yet.

I need to get all files from the C drive but when im trying to do that it says you dotn have access.

Well, if it says you don't have access, make sure your running the program as administrator if your running windows vista or windows xp. Hope this is what you needed

i got windows 7. im making a antivirus program so it have to work on xp vista and 7. i will probably make a video soon about the interface for my program
