I think you should allow y.ahoo.it links since (even without registering) you can set it so it informs you where it redirects you and you need to confirm to redirect you.
Instructions for that:
1. Go to y.ahoo.it.
2. Check the box which says 'Show me a preview of the destination URL when viewing y.ahoo.it links'.
3. Enjoy knowing where it redirects you.
