I just tested this out - all .bat files that I convert are reported as a virus by my antivirus software (Malwarebytes' anti malware).

Either this is standard procedure due to them being converted ".bat" files, or your program is throwing out viruses. Is it the latter? <!-- s:o --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_surprised.gif" alt=":o" title="Surprised" /><!-- s:o -->
