I'm making an automated updater (in control library) but don't know if it's better for the people that use the control to supply the files via FTP or HTTP.

I find it kind of hard to explain but doing my best: make an updater that downloads files from FTP or HTTP?

It might be a stupid question but I can't decide what to take.

is it true that air pump basketball shoes could cause tissue and nerve damage to the feet if over pumped? How do I go about knowing how much pressure I should bump in to the shoes since I love to pump the shoes till my feet are completely tight?

Personally, since I started learning Java, I used VB more rare and rare until I strated developing games in Java. Since then, I haven't used Visual Basic.

is it advisable to purchase synthetic formal shoes as I have heard that synthetics cause major fungal infections that could quickly spread to other shoes? I usually use leather but come across a pair being sold for a bargain and thought I would try them out.
