Help with XML documents and loops?

Yet, the button will not show

toolStrip1.Items.Add(btn)

But, it'll just show a blank toolstrip.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Sorry for probably wasting your time with such an amateurish question, I should know this, but apparently I don't.
