Well, you could store the file in a place that has a constant URL. This can be done with a custom server or using a service like Dropbox (and its public folder)

I don't recommend using MediaFire because you can acquire the direct link of a file but it changes after a while (don't know exactly but quite fast).

I think FileServe is what you could use the best. It is free, you got 50Gb(??) of space I think and you automatically get the direct link to the file

There is one problem though: because you choose the free version of FileServe, inactive files will be deleted after 60 days automatically.

Hope this is usefull, Brecht

EDIT: looked it up and you get 500Gb of space for free and a maximum of 1Gb per file.
