Well this whole forum runs on phpBB, which is a software, for websites. So I downloaded the software package, and uploaded it to my domain ftp server, with an ftp Client called FileZilla.
You can also do it within Windows Explorer, but I don't know how. (Xolara does! <!-- s

You need to go to each forum, and press set permissions. Then you need to make sure that all user groups are allowed.
